1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any of EthroLink's services, including the gaming platform, communities, chat application, trading platform, meeting management, and profile sharing features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. Account Types and Access

EthroLink offers two types of accounts:

• Regular Account (B2C): Provides access to the gaming platform, communities, chat application, and appointment booking features. Regular users do not have access to the digital trading platform or meeting management dashboard.
• Business Account (Advisor): Provides full access to all features, including the digital trading platform, meeting management dashboard, and professional profile sharing. This account type is currently free for a limited time but may become a paid subscription in the future.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use EthroLink in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with our community guidelines. You must not:

• Use the platform to engage in illegal activities or promote harmful behavior.
• Post or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior approval.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Ethro Points and Coins

EthroLink uses a points system (Silver, Gold, Diamond) and Ethro Coins as part of its interactive economy:

• Points are earned through platform engagement (e.g., gifts from other users, active participation).
• Ethro Coins are earned by accumulating 100 points of each type (Silver, Gold, Diamond) and can be used to unlock premium features in the future.
• Points and Coins are non-transferable outside the platform and have no monetary value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EthroLink, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EthroLink or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Content you upload to the platform (e.g., profile photos, community posts) remains your property, but you grant EthroLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content as part of providing our services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

While the Business Account is currently free for a limited time, EthroLink reserves the right to introduce paid subscriptions or fees for certain features in the future. You will be notified of any changes to pricing and given the opportunity to cancel your account if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.

7. Third-Party Services

EthroLink may integrate third-party services (e.g., social media links, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. You access them at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

EthroLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify users of significant updates via email or platform notifications.
